Creative Cultures NC is an African American owned business entity in Halifax County, North Carolina. Its owner, Ermagene Ross, focuses on historical settings, collages, and a mixture of contemporary art and dioramas.

Ermagene is a retired educator who has been a classroom teacher and a librarian. Both of these entities allowed her the opportunity to infuse her passion for art.
